Vegetable Plate

Love the veg plate! I chose collards, buffalo cauliflower, and mac and cheese. I tell myself that I should branch out and order something different from the menu but then I get to ordering and I order the veg plate every time! YUM!

SB Mocktail

I love a good Mocktail, but they usually tend to be overly sweet. Southbound's mocktail tasted impressively real, with a dry yet refreshing flavor! It paired wonderfully with my meal.

Peanut Butter Mousse Cake

side buffalo cauliflower

Being from Buffalo (Go Bills!) and someone who loves cauliflower, I wanted to try the Buffalo Cauliflower. But still, Buffalo sauce on cauliflower?...was it going to be good?? WOW, I was blown away. It was so good! Kind of lightly crisp fried, then glazed in the sauce. I will be back for it! Southern Ramen was great too and generous portion.

Cheese Grits

As someone born in Georgia, I am particular with my grits, and these were amazing! They were a perfect consistency, and the cheese added a good bite without changing the texture. Will be ordering these again!

Poached Beets

I had this for my first time visiting, and it truly was the best thing I have eaten in a long time! The honey and yogurt adds a delicate flavor, with the squash and beets working extremely well together. The pecans are then add a perfect crunch! My boyfriend and I are thrilled to have a new favorite restaurant!

Burger Protein

My husband and I visited Southbound recently and loved everything we tried! The only challenge was that we had such a hard time deciding what to order. We wanted to try it all! I have celiac disease and heard about Southbound from a gluten free FB group. Not only were the food and drinks really good, but I never once felt concerned for my food safety as the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what my options were, something I didn't think I'd find in ATL. Great modern take on southern fare! This one is always at the top of our list to take visiting out-of-towners to when they want to try good southern food.
